The Goldenwood Property Owner Association 2023 Annual Meeting and Board of Trustees election, on Tuesday, June 6 at 7:00 pm via Zoom. A link to the Zoom meeting is included below and we will send it again in advance of the meeting. As a reminder, if you would like to be a candidate for the Board of Directors, please submit the application by Monday, May 22, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.
Early next week, we will distribute a package of information, including an agenda and election proxy. We expect that the only item on the meeting agenda will be the election of two directors. The election process will be virtually identical to last year’s process in that we will use the Election Runner software again for electronic voting. The link to Election Runner and instructions for voting will be sent out next week as well.
